I have been there about 7-8 times and the food was excellent everytime. You can get any size burger and cooked the way you like it. Then you pick up your food and add all the condiments you want. Most of the customers are middle class and I certainly have never seen a bumm eating in there. I would have certainly said something. It's like having a freshly BBQ'd burger and then you can put anything you can imagine on it. The price is VERY reasonable for the kind size meal, if you choose. A 3/4lb burger and a drink is less than 10 bucks. The more people the better in your group becuase it is a fun atmosphere and they also have sports on many television sets. What more could you ask for? I hope everyone experiences the wonderful food and atmosphere that I have enjoyed there. On two (2) separate visits to the Ontario, California restaurant, I witnessed a homeless man who was filthy, allowed to pour his own drink and touch all of the condiments dispensers and serving spoons at the condiment bar, which was then used by other patrons. Don't get me wrong, I believe in helping out the homeless, however; when you are eating in public place, you expect that the restaurant management to take the publics health into consideration at all times. With epidemics of the Norovirus at large, patrons need to alert the public of these types of uncleanliness.
