So far, I have had two experiences with Arrow Trailer Supplies, and they were both great. I spent 45 years working in the automotive industry, and I know what good customer should look like. Plain and simple, Arrow has that covered. I have a travel trailer that I purchased used, and needed a facility that I could trust and count on to take care of my repairs. Arrow is excellent. I went into their parts department, just to see what they had in inventory. They honestly put Camping World to shame. If they don't have what you need, they can definitely get it for you. If you have a travel trailer or a motorhome, and need repairs taken care of, I highly recommend giving Arrow Trailer Supplies a shot at earning your business. Their service manager, Arnie is top notch, and John in the parts department is second to none, when it comes to getting the part right the first time. Thanks Arrow for your great service, and I will be returning in the future, because unfortunately, things break.
