Do not go to this bridal store. If you are a bride looking at this, I will tell you that you will stress the whole time that you are working with this place. First of all the "manager" Annie is so arguementative. She acts and argues with clients like one. I ordered my bridesmaid dress on a Sunday. I went back on Tuesday with my other bridesmaid to get her measurements and to make a deposit for the dress. Mind you, I needed the dress in a month so it had to be rushed ordered. This place is closed on Wednesday so the dresses weren't ordered until Thursday. While I was there, I asked Annie if my first order had already been placed and she said no. She said that she would call me Thursday to let me know when my dress will be shipped.

After receiving the call on Thursday and getting conflicting dates of the dress I decided to call Annie to cancel. She told me that the dress would be shipped from another store on August 21st, my wedding is on Sept 12 and the dress wouldn't arrive at the store until the 25th. Which leaves me one week for alterations. It just didn't sound right. Annie told me that I can't cancel and that I would have to go through Impressions bridal to cancel... It wasn't true, Impressions bridal could not give me any information on what was happening to my dress, and Annie just refused to cancel.

If your the manager of this place... Act like one... Annie told me that my money was no good and that if I wanted to cancel I can... WOW... if you don't want the stress of having to worry about your dress... DO NOT GO HERE. They are very unprofessional. I'm publishing this every where that I can. This is a horrible place to go, and just horrible employees to deal with.

Ivy make many suggestions to us and gave her expert advice for make, dress, ect. We were thankful for her guidance .

It helped relieve a lot of street in out planning.

We also used Tom as out photographer and we were very impressed with his professional quality and the beautyful pictures that were the result. Perhaps the best thing was how much they cared about making the wedding day special for us; and how comforting that was to us to know that they wanted to make the wedding & banquest a success. Even when we decided things at the lash minute, they accomodated our charges gladly and continued guiding us through the process. Thank you for all your help Ivy & Tom!

We enjoyed the wedding, and we couldn't have done it w/o you!. One hour photo was a big hit with our friends & the pictures were marvelous! Thank you again from the bottom of my heart!
