I rate this shop a ZERO star rating as they tried to have my sister in law and mother in law thrown in jail because new york bride made a 2 inch error when entering information into the computer for a special order dress for my niece to be a jr bridesmaid. When the dress came in it was a 30 instead of a 32 and instead of apologizing for the error, they became EXTREMELY rude and crass toward them and my young niece who was with them, accused my family of not knowing what they were talking about, and then called the police because after nyb offered their money back even though refusing to correct the problem at no charge, refused to actually give back the money my family had already spent on the dress. the police came and instead of trying to defuse the situation, almost arrested my family! and so they have no dress, and no money and the wedding is right around the corner my niece still doesn't have a dress and no one in town has one! How upsetting

The BEST!!!! Everything was excellent. I purchased my Bridal Gown, Bridesmaids, Veil, Tuxedo's ..... Every single thing that they promised, every thing they delivered!!!
