I would never do business with David's Bridal. They have the worse customer service I have ever come across. Everything they promised the bride was completely untrue. They told her if the complete wedding party purchased their dresses from them that alterations would be free. NOT TRUE! When i picked up my 3 dresses (myself and two daughters) the dresses were completely wrinkled and before I left the store, I asked the girl working there if i could get them steamed and she told me to wait until the week of the wedding. I brought my 3 dresses along with the brides dress. They only one they steamed was the brides. AGAIN LIED! When I went to pick up the brides dress there was more wrinkles then when i dropped it off. Had them do it again. Wedding day couple of hooks were missing from the dress. This place has horrible service... they definitely do not keep their word and have bad attitude along with the bad service.
