We include all necessary installation services in our tire prices. This includes: Mounting & Balancing, Lifetime Rotations, Alignment Check, and 30-Day Price and Ride Guarantee. Tread Quarters will beat ANY competitor?s tire price by 5% before you buy and for up to 30 days after your purchase. Just bring in their written estimate or advertisement. Or, show us the total installed price on your phone. It?s that easy.

I took my car to them for a oil change, they told me I had a oil leak & that I need a new oil gasket on my manifold. I took my car in friday & when monday came I had oil everywhere when I open my hood. Took pictures. I will be calling them back on tuesday, to either fix the problem, give me a new car because I have a 2015 ford focus or receive a law suit. My car engine has always been clean inside & I expect it to be the same way I gave it. My first time going here & my last, your first impression is your best but clearly not in their case.

The work done by this specific establishment is good...ie my car runs after I leave the business and that's really all I can ask of a mechanic. The customer service at the front desk was sad if not pathetic... waiting in two person line for 15 minutes...mediocrity at its finest. I had hoped that he was special but listening to him talk I couldn't find any defects in his dialect. So that pretty much just means that he was slow and not the appropriate figure head you would want handling day to day cycling of multiple persons through you establishment. He was very sociable as he took special time out to talk with merchants (2) for upwards of ten minutes each while a patient customer was within 2ft of his desk "waiting" for him to "be right with" us... sure. Maybe he was just having an off day, maybe. Like I said my car runs so I'll live.

This location on n. Military hwy norfolk va is absolutely outstanding! I recieve great Customer service and management From Mr. Will and all of The mechanics. I trust them with My Altima! I Will continue My services here at this location. As a female its very hard to trust a mechanic and I can honestly say They explain everything My automobile may need and why! Thanku guys So much please keep up The outstanding work and Customer service........ -Morris
This place was HORRIBLE!! Took my truck to them for inspection where they told me that all these things were wrong with it and it wouldn't pass inspection until they were fixed, which they could do for a couple hundred dollars...took it to another place, and they said NOTHING was wrong with it whatsoever, and that there was no reason why Kramer said it should have failed. They didn't even even know what they were talking about at Kramers. I will DEF not be going back...EVER. Don't waste your time or money at this place. It's a rip off. Not even good enough for a star
After getting my truck inspected, and it failing, they proceeded to give me a quote to fix it for $600.00. I had it fixed myself and in the end cost only about $100 for everything. Then brought it back for inspection, and they proceeded to tell me that I had to have more things fixed that they had missed the first time. Do not trust kramer tire with any of your vehicle needs, their staff is inconstantly trained and they love to nickel and dime you.
