Asked for my ends to be trimmed and the existing layer kept. What the woman gave was a "bob", i guess, where the hair in the back was MUCH shorter than the rest. I'm going to go somewhere else to get it fixed, if that's possible. I may need to just let it grow back out. She clearly didn't listen to anything I told her about how I wanted my hair done. She also had her young son at work with her, which I normally wouldn't care about, but he started to get annoying and then wanted me to move my purse from the chair next to me so he could sit there. There were plenty other chairs to sit in, and I didn't appreciate being bothered while trying to get a haircut. I will NEVER go to this location again, or any other SmartStyle because of the incredibly bad experience I had at this one.
