The previous message is not an accurate report of the events. The issue was caused by problems in the building. This unfortunately was beyond our control and yes it did delay patients' appointment, for which an apology was given to the patient. Dr. Valenzuela makes every attempt to see his patients as scheduled or within 15-30 min of arrival (provided the patient is prepared and bring the required documents).

There are several doctors in the office therefore all the patients are not there to see one provider. Even if the waiting room is full, all efforts are made to see patients as scheduled. Unfortunately patients tend to show up 1-2 hours before their appointment. This gives the impression the doctor is running behind schedule. Every so often additional time is dedicated to one patient this may delay other visits. That courtesy is extended across to all of our patients.
