Control Exterminating is a locally owned business providing pest control services to commercial spaces, businesses and residences in Manhattan since 1973. Our primary goal is to protect your health and property. When you have unwanted pests in your business, apartment or townhouse, we evaluate your needs and give you knowledgeable and honest solutions to eliminate roaches, rodents, bedbugs or any other insect. The partners and their team have more than 50 years of experience among them, including supervisory positions in the New York City Housing Authority Pest Control Division. They understand urban pests and know how to get rid of the invaders. For both commercial and residential customers, you can expect same day or next day service. Maintenance plans are also available depending on the nature of your pest problem. All of the chemicals we use for treatment are approved by the EPA and have little to no odor. And we give you green and environmental solutions that you can perform in your own home upon request.

Control came to my home about 1 month ago to get rid of bed bugs UGH!!!! They were professional and clean. They told me on the phone how to prep my apt. It is one month later and I have not seen any bed bugs. Thank you Control Exterminating!!
Horrified to say I had bedbugs!! But called Control Exterminating and they were professional and did not make me feel awful and dirty about the bugs. They explained to me how I probably got them and more importantly, how they were going to get rid of them.
They were incredibly professional and I am happy to say NO MORE BED BUGS!!!!! Really recommend this company.
Yes, I could not believe I had joined the ranks of the bed bug infested. I was totally in a panic and GROSSED OUT!! UGH!! I needed someone to come right away . I did the prep immediately and they were there before the day was out.
It is a week later and not a creepy ugly disgusting bed bug have I seen. And no red marks on me either.
My recommendation is to use Control Exterminating. Tell them I sent you! :)
From the initial phone call to completed service I knew I was in VERY EXPERIENCED hands. They explained what they were going to do for me and what I needed to do to prepare. Calmed me down and came the next day to solve my pest problem. They did not try to sell me anything like the other companies I called. Gave me what I needed and eliminated the "crawlies" !!!!!

The level of expertise and knowledge started on the phone with my intro call. AND I had a ton of questions. They did not look to sell me something I did not need and was very clear on what I should do to prepare for them to come.
When they came, they were careful in their application and advised me what to expect. All was as promised.
I REALLY recommend this company.
I had bedbugs due to a neighbors infestation in my building. I called on Tuesday morning and was told how to prepare my apartment. They were at my apt. the next day and treated the bedbugs. I have not seen any since the treatment. I am bedbug free for the last 6 months. i would definately use them again.
I appreciated the accuracy of their service. The price was fair, but more importantly they got the job done right the first time.
