I have had only good experiences with this car wash. I had gone to another Napa car wash for years and found their attitude became gradually less interested in my business so I changed to Classic Car Wash about a year ago. I take my truck and Porsche (hand wash) and find they do a great job on both. Employee's are courteous and have an excellent attitude. I recommend Classic Car Wash to anyone who asks for the best in Napa.

When we showed them the scratch they denied doing it. The car was still dirty, it still had bird droppings, sap and dirt on it. The dashboard had not been cleaned. When we politely complained they did not apologize or refund our money. I would never go to them again.
