Spent a small fortune on granite counter tops for kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Salesman was great and pricing was relatively fair. The installers over cut the hole for the counter top range so the range wouldn't cover the hole. A 2 centimeter gap in your new granite counter tops is noticeable. I complained and they sent out the install manager who said it was fine. I continued to complain so the store manager came out. He also stonewalled me. Finally got the owner to come out. He manged to minimize the mistake by gluing back in some scrap peices. Bottom line is I didn't get what I paid for ($6000). They say they stand by their work but that is all talk..
