I have loved coming here! When I was in high school, I got my homecoming dress here and really enjoyed the entire process. I recently just got engaged and found my wedding dress at A Special Touch! While I was trying on each dress, I felt so comfortable in the store. It is very welcoming! I will definitely be going back for any other formal outfits I need!

I went for my daughters homecoming court dress. It was amazing!
And if anyone knows they only give you about two weeks to get the dress. So this place was perfect! The owner was very helpful. The first dress she tried on was the winner. We found gorgeous earrings to match, and even found out our alterations were free! (That happens no where) just to get the alterations done in time was a worry to me. But not at this place! She does them fast and the dress came out perfect! This place is amazing! I will never go anywhere else again!

I was very pleased with my experience the last time I got my dress from A Special Touch! All alterations were perfect! I was very pleased with the service, and I recommend this prom dress store to everyone!

I concur with the product review about the owner of the shop being all about the money. She is a true salesmen on the front end but make sure whatever you do and agree upon that it is ALL put in writing with a copy of your hand prior to walking out the door. We were fully taken advantage of an alterations on the dress that was purchased from her store at a previous location and when we picked it up nothing had been done and she accused my daughter of losing weight. This dress was going to be worn in a pageant so we were at her mercy because we needed it ASAP. I will never do business with her again and hope I can prevent anyone else from doung so based on her extreme unprofessionalism.

I am going to make this short and to the point. This woman is all about the money! She talks bad about the other shops in town by saying I won't say where but... She says free alterations but all I got was a modesty piece and that is not what we wanted. When you go in to try on dresses she is all about you and oh so helpful but after she has your money forget it you are no longer anybody and has no time for you she is to busy trying to hook another poor soul and take their money!! I would not even give her 1 star but it made me give something.

I absolutely love everything about this store. It is family owned and everyone there is just amazing to help you find that perfect dress.I also love the fact that they alter the dress for frees.You should save yourself time and the prices are comparable to all the other shops....trust me I Checked.

I was searching for my weddig and reception dress and I found this place online after trying 5 others. The owner of the shop was so extremely helpful,even suggesting I try on dresses that maybe I usually wouldn't. Not inky wa she so nice, she even stayed an hour after closing without batting an eyelash. I found the perfect reception dress. And would definitely recommend this place.

I was an excited bride with a vision of what I wanted my wedding to look like. My first meetings with the owner and staff went great, they were excited to help and encouraged me to do what I wanted. As my wedding day came closer and the dresses were not finished or incomplete I began to panic. I made sure to make an appointment for all of my flower girls and bridesmaids to be at the store at the same time to be sure that everything would get done. While we were there girls were coming in off the street to try on dresses for formals at school, I was very upset when even with an appointment my wedding party was being ignored or pushed aside to help other girls dress shop. I understand it is a business and customers need to be helped, but my wedding was 1 day away and dresses were not finished. I was so upset when my grandmother, sister,soon to be mother-in-law and mom had to fix 4 out of the 8 dresses even after we left. Everything looked beautiful at the wedding and my party was great to deal with the headaches of having to fix their own dresses.

Although the staff at the store are nice, more staff need to work there to take care of the amount of customers they have. The owner is trying to do to much and is cutting corners to get things done, which is making for unprofessional outcomes.
