My power steering on my 2002 Grand Am went out last February and I went to Meineke in Muncie to have it repaired. They quoted me $800 to fix just the power steering and said I needed about $200 worth of other repairs. I decided to get a second opinion at Nate's Service Center and was told that the only problem was that a hose had been disconnected. He ran some fluids through the system and charged me $15. My car hasn't had a problem since. Either the guys at Meineke didn't even take the time to look at my car on a lift, or they were knowingly trying to steel my money. Either way, I will NEVER go there again and will tell anyone who listens how terrible this business is.

I have been to this location twice, and both experiences have been bad. They are the slowest car service establishment that I have ever been to, and I would not waste my time or money here ever again. Their management is decent, but they waste your time and do not do a great job. Also they over price everything and do not use the best quality materials.
