The Veterinarian was professional & kind. The woman that answers the phone is entirely rude to anyone she deems "from the North" which she made a point to emphasize to me not once, not twice, but THREE times. Military family & we will not go back!

I can not rave about the Mitchell Animal Clinic enough! Today I took my fancy mouse for the first time to the clinic due to respiratory issues. The veterinarian was VERY informative, extremely educated in small animals, and left open the options for me (the owner) to personally choose. I did not feel that he was pushy for a certain treatment, like some vets do trying to rack up a big bill. He laid everything out from the medical books, and then gave his personal opinion. The office visit was very reasonable! Some pet owners of small animals tend not to seek care due to pricey office visits, but I can honestly say that today I only paid $25 and an additional $20 for medication. I have never walked out of an animal clinic for only $45 dollars, and the best part of it was that I truly felt that they cared for my animal. If you are on the fence about not knowing which vet to go to, please do give this clinic a chance. My mouse & I are glad we sure did!

We hesitated about taking our "mountain lion" to the vet, but heard such wonderful things about the staff and Dr. Mitchell that we thought we would give it a try. IT EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS!!! We had our 2 children with us and they were included in all conversations and instructions. All of our questions were answered (even the ones from the children) with no hesitations or frustrations. Everything was clearly explained and options about treatment given. We were very happy with every aspect of our visit, from appointment setting to "refilling" needed meds.

I have used Mitchell Animal Clinic several times now & will continue. My dog Harley, loves going to visit! He has always been treated very well! He has been for an ear cleaning, yearly shots & was also neutered by Dr. Mitchell. Dr. Mitchell & his staff take great care of my pet. It is very easy to get an appointment that is convenient, great prices & friendly staff! I would definitely recommend that you give them a try, you will be very pleased!

I don't write reviews often but I wanted to give kudos to Dr. Mitchell and his staff. My cat Quizzy has had several visits, that included X rays for his leg, and an infection on his tail that needed several different treatments,and various other illness. They are always kind, he takes his time and explains what needs to be done or what has happened. I usually just give them a phone call and ask when is a good time. They are also very reasonable priced compared to other the other vets in the Mobile area. My mom is now using them for her 2 cats and has been very pleased. Great Job Dr.Mitchell and Mrs.Mitchell!

My dog has severe allergies. After being a long term client of his, we took my dog in frantically because he was having a really bad reaction. I knew to get him there and hopefully we'd get some help. When I ran in with him, the wife asked if I had an appt. I said no, but my dog Bax is having a reaction. She responded that they were going to lunch in 20 minutes and maybe next time I'd make an appt. Astonished and ticked that the vet who is suppost to care about your pet said this, we will never go back . My dog deserves a doctor who cares all the time.
