We have been going to them for five years. When my in-laws cat needed to be put down in an emergency, they were there for them right away so she wouldn’t have to suffer.
The very next day, they sent them a condolence card with her paw print in it.

Doctor Hanson was great. The reception and billing staff were HORRIBLE. I took my cat in and received medicine in pill form. My cat wouldn't take the pills, so I called and requested the liquid version. They charged me for the FULL bottle of pills PLUS the liquid (which I had requested to begin with). It was 4:30 pm and I was told I would be called right back. They said they had to speak to the doctor first. Well, they didn't call me back at all AND shut off they're phones! I ended up having to go to another vet because my cat needed the meds immediately!! They knew this!! Horrible experience. They're rude, unprofessional and overpriced. Go to Alpine Vet instead.
