Been a customer for a long time never had issues till today when I was told the item I pawn isn't worth what they let me pawn it for in the past and next time they would not be able to give me the amount I've been getting for over a year and that a higher up would have to approve it . It was very uncomfortable and awkward moment was off . I will be returning back to the place a little further down the road never have issues there so worth a little bit more of a drive Lost Me as a customer today and the next time around my money will go to the other guy down the road unprofessional today and since I always pay and pick up think it's your loss, not mine.

the manager is a bad person and a terrible salesman. everyone else is really cool and fair, i just don't understand how that that piece got hired. he should really consider offing himself. terrible selection, terrible prices, terrible manager, terrible service. please consider going elsewhere. for your sake. don't get ripped off.

Don't pawn your stuff at First Interstate Pawn! They will rip you off and break your stuff that you pawned. I pawned my labtop there for a month and a half, and when I went to get it out of pawn, it was broken. The owner was very rude and did not help me out with the cost of repairing my broken labtop, which his company broke. Very bad customer service. What is the point of getting your stuff out of pawn if it is broken?
