I went into David's Bridal 2 times over the summer, both times just looking since my wedding wasn't going to be until 2018 at the time. Every time I went in I had Gloria and she is AMAZING at what she does. Every associate helped me and listened to what I wanted and never failed. Even if I wasn't sure if I would like the dress I still tried it on and they were very understanding. I did not want a strapless dress at all but they had me try them on still just in case and it was fine with me because they could alter straps or sleeves on them. I went back in January again to see if they had new dresses in considering my wedding got changed to Fall 2017. I tried on the same dresses as I did before and ended up getting a strapless one that they recommended and I am in love with it! they picked out a beautiful cathedral veil and a very pretty sash and I was sold!!! They also have been very helpful with my bridesmaid dresses. They did forget to order my sash which was a good thing I asked about it when my dress came in but they ordered it with no problem for me and it came in the next week. I have always gone to David's Bridal and will continue going there in the future for anything. They are awesome! Never a let down. Cannot wait for my alterations and walk down the aisle in my beautiful dress. They are a big part in making my day special♥

Very very very poor service. I put a prom dress on my 'wish list' and a few minutes after i gave the lady my information, i went back to talk to my mother about purchasing it because I loved it. Not even one minute later, we see the lady whom I just gave my information to take it back to a girl to try on. I was very shocked and upset to see this. I understand that they need to make a sale but I think that it would've been more wise to wait until I left the store. I confronted the worker and asked if she honestly just took it back to her and her response was 'yes i think she is going to purchase it.' THEN we overheard her say to the girl that was purchasing it, 'You made a good choice of buying this because those people were waiting to buy it.' Maybe I'm wrong but I just found this very disrespectful and unprofessional.

Not impressed. I wasn't sure what I wanted and I wasn't going to buy that day, but I did want to see different styles. The ast manager sized me up and asked what brought me in, I said I was interested in seeing different things. She said they were busy and closed in an hour, they wouldn't have enough time to try anything on me but I could look around. There was 1 party of ladies in the store. Just 1. We browsed around and found a few things. About 10 min later a different girl came to assist after the friend who came with me got her attention. She was nice and pleasent but did not try to sell me anything. She -just- helped me take things on and off. No veil, no jewelry, no shoes. No other suggestions. Even if they assessed me and didn't think I would buy anything, I'm still an opportunity. I've been in sales long enough myself to know that everyone is an opportunity and you might be able to surprise them with something they may just not be able to leave without. Who's the expert? But no, this was not the fun lively exciting dress trying on experience every bride to be dreams of.

I bought my dress in Fort Wayne because they somehow couldn't get me an appointment for 3 months although I live in Mishawaka. I got my alterations done also in Fort Wayne due to them being booked again for 3 months except random hours and days when I worked. When I got my alterations done they told me to come back a month prior to the wedding to any location for a final fitting and to steam the dress. I called this location again and they were extremely rude saying they didn't understand why I was calling although I kept explaining I wanted a final check and steam. Just awful and rude service

I had 2 appointments prior to buying my dress and both times I was ignored. Despite this I still found my dress and paid for it in full after the second appointment I had. I just went in for my alterations appointment only to find out they had sold my dress to someone else! They are trying to overnight another one in but that doesn't change the stress of them selling my dress 1 month before my wedding!

I will never recomend Davids Bridal Mishawaka to anyone!! I thought the first time I went in there was just a fluke but I believe this is my 5th time now and they still don't know what they are doing. My latest visit I called ahead to make an appointment to come in and try my bridesmaids dress on for a wedding i will be in. I went in and let them know i had an appointment. Told them the name of the bride, which they found ok. They could not figure out what dress i needed to try on though. They asked me if i knew the color and style of the dress. Isnt that their job?? This is not the first time i have been asked that question by them by the way. The other wedding i was in each bride maid had a different style. They asked me if i knew what style i was wearing. I had to call the bride and try to figure out what style she wanted me in. LOL i would think they would have this information written down somewhere. Always a horrible experience.

The lady that helped us was Gloria she picked out dresses that were perfect for my daughter,it was fun,and exciting.They had a wonderful selection,couldn't have asked for a better experience

davids bridal in general is the worse place i have ever gone. every time i go in there they are rude to me and my bridesmaids. they don't even try to be nice to their customers. being a bride i am stressed out enough i don't need them stressing me out even more. i will never step foot in another davids bridal ever.
