went friday to get my acrylics done and the lady who did them didn't communicate with me very much and she was a little rough on me and the water fall feature on the wall kept hitting my hands and i found it a bit irritating but the final product of my nails was fantastic. exactly what i was looking for ! c:

This was my first time in 25 years, so i didn't know what to expect. I was greeted right away and seated by the manager. I also brought my 14 yr old granddaughter in who will write her own review. The Multitasking manager did my nails, a full set of french tip gels. He handled all the incoming calls and appointments at our station as quick as a wink without missing a beat on my job. He greeted everyone by their name and it was a constant flux of people coming in. My nails are perfect, just love them. The atmosphere was remodeled in December and is warm spa like and inviting. I was very relaxed despite the constant activity of the manager doing my nails. The only criticism I would have is that knowing it was my first time he didn't prepare me with what he was doing and all the steps involved, so I would ask all the time. No after care instructions as to what to do or not. I had to take ibuprofen that evening from the filing as both my grandchild's & my fingers were aching.

I went there for years. Going to all three places that theses people moved to driving out of my way to get to these people. It turned from making an appointment with one (That I had prefered to have do my nails the way I liked them- since I am paying for them and have to look at them more then anyone else) to getting anyone else that was not busy and of course didn't understand the way I wanted my nails to be when finished. After repeatly getting the toss around and yes yelled at by the female owner (without provoking anything) was enough...I quit going there and have found a new place were they do a great job and are friendly. It's a nice atmosphere at the new salon.
