I wanted to send my Grandmother in law flowers for a remembrance. Problem is I was in Illinois and she was in Minnesota. I had some reluctance about ordering flowers over the phone in another state with a shop the I knew nothing about. The sales associate was friendly, helpful, and professional which put all my fears to rest.
