I called just to ask for a fax number to send an order for a mutual client. The gentleman who answered the phone was rude, short with me, and had zero customer service skills. He even ended the extremely rude conversation by saying "yup" rather than thanking me for my call or a simple goodbye would have sufficed. Incredible!! If I were a client looking for a physician, no doubt I would look elsewhere.

I made an appointment and I had seen one of the P.A.'S and not even the doctor for the first time, I was coming in because I have degenerate disc disease. The P.A told me I needed an updated mri and a disclosure that I no longer was in care of a pain dr. From my primary physician before I could be seen, which was acceptable . I did everything the P.A had asked and about a month later I scheduled a new appointment with all the information and my new updated Mri but when I came back the P.A he told me they would not see me because my medical treatment was to much for the clinic and prior to coming in to the other appointment he told me I just needed to bring in all my new documents!! This doctors office is just a scam and is only wanting to have patients that are drug addicts and pill seeking they really don't want to see patients with real problems. I wasted acouple months with Omni while they gave me the run around after I did everything they asked of me!! And they turned me away!!! ����

The worest family health clinic (so they claim ) I've ever seen in my life! Rude rude staff! Dirty dishonest doctors at this clinic ! Saying there going to do one thing and lie! Show up for doctor aporionrment to be told he's not in today ?? And reschedule , 4 xs in a row ! Before even seen ! And sit and wait hours to be seen ! Seems like they can't seem to find the doctor 1/2 the time ??? Something is Wierd at this clinic and dishonesty totaly ! Can't answer a staight question just given a run around ! Hope to see this clinic closed soon shouldn't be in bissness and collecting state ins . Pations don't have much to choice from ! Less then a one star rating ! Wouldn't send my pet to this clinic . And such a rude staff! And don't ask to leave a message for your doctor to call u cuz that wount happen if u need him.that is if you can find him ? Seems to dissapear !
