The workers don't understand English when asking questions and I went in person they ask other people in audience what I was trying to say. Not very good business if trying to communicate with customers.

I hate doing laundry so I drop my clothes off here and in a few hours, all is done, folded meticulously, and smells wonderful. 70 cents per lb is a definite bargain to me.
