I give Bill's Power 1 star. They fixed my snowblower but misled me on the cost and the owner was very rude when I questioned it. He cut me off and then told me he could not do anything if I couldn't understand. I had given them a $40.00 deposit for warranty work "in case it isn't all covered". They called later to say the work was covered but it needed a tune up. I asked what a tune up would cost and they said "It will be $75.85". Never did they say this was AFTER the $40 deposit was taken out. Very misleading if not outright wrong! When I questioned this, the owner could not even explain this to me without stumbling on his own words. He listed the Services included that made it higher than quoted and kept including the "free" warranty work in the list. Finally he just told me again that he could not do anything if I could not understand. I would NOT recommend this shop to anyone. There are plenty of options where the people are forthright and the owners polite. Use one of them.

I give Bills service center 2 stars only because they had the part I needed other then that,its 2014 what kinda place does not take credit cards? and they charged $20 for a part that everybody else sells for $16.95 even the Toro company charge $16.95,Unless I really need a part Im done with Bills****NOT SATISFIED*****
