I spent over an hour this morning and six calls trying to make an appointment to get my eyes examined and then buy new glasses. As I write this I still do not have an appointment. I was placed on hold four times only to have no one answer. First time someone did answer they ask me to hold please and never returned. Second time someone answered I imformed them I wanted to come in for an eye examine, very quickly I was informed "we take walk ins" and placed on hold, no one returned. I would have been a new customer for this location. After this they will not hear from myself. What they need to know is that they not only lost my business, my wife, Daughter in law and Grandaughter all were in the process of moving our eye needs to this location on Winchester. Now due to there rude phone etiquite not just one but four persons will no longer ring there phone.

Strongly suggest they investigate who is answering there phones!!!
