i too had a TERRIBLE experience with davids bridal.the staff was rude and unwilling to help.i had to have two of the same style dresses ordered from the factory only to find when they got in,they were flawed in ways that couldnt be fixed.after four trips into memphis,which is a two hour trip for me,another ordered dress was flawed AGAIN,which it was only 2DAYS before my wedding.the alteration lady lydia was my only salvation and thanx to her my dress was finally wearable.its such a shame to have an experience like that associated with my wedding dress.when i look aqt it i want to throw it in the trash.it makes me sad.i think im going to donate it and maybe someone will have a better memory in it than i did! i would rather wear sweat pants down the isle than deal with davids bridal ever again!!!!!!

I had an appointment on 3/14/09 at 2:30. I got there a bit early to browse. I ended up waiting 40 minutes before I decided that I could not stand it any longer. The place was in TOTAL CHAOS! Every employee I spoke with had an attitude and smart mouth. People were standing around waiting to see consultants, and all the employees kept talking about was going on break. Evidently an employee called in sick, an employee left early, causing the other consultants to bad mouth her behind her back. If there was a schedule, no one understood it as it appeared that consultants were overbooked and absolutely no one knew what was going on. Before I lost my temper and patience, I rescheduled, knowing full well that I WOULD NEVER step one foot back into the store. Not no way, not no how!
