I had a great experience at Les Schwab. I'm from out of town and on business in Medford when I had tire problems on my trailer. I had a small window of time before I had to be at an appointment 3 hours away. The tires on the trailer would not have made the 175 mile trip. They got me in and out in the time promised. I was on my way and got to my appointment on time. One thing I was really impressed over was the "hustle" displayed by the employees. They were all actually running across the parking lot to move cars in and out of the bays. They all seemed to be working with a sense of urgency. I've never seen anything like it. Needless to say I was very impressed with the whole operation. Hats off to the management and staff. Thanks Again, Gene
