Decided to go with this business a few weeks ago. It started by calling the phone number and asking for a quote for new tires. As I searched around I noticed they were about $20 dollars cheaper then elsewhere. As I came into the shop with my car my husband went to fill out paperwork as I pulled the car into the shop. As my husband was yelled at saying rubber prices were up and the quote he gave us on the phone a few hours ago he wouldn't honor. The man that does the actual work on the car can't speak English and doesn't understand what the customer wants. I had an awful experience at this business they may be cheaper but Not worth it. Also my husband says they don't torque the lug nuts which can be a safety issue. I now go to advantage tire for tires and brakes they may be a little more expensive but the jobs been done right with customer satisfaction.
