If we didn't love this food so much we would never go back to this place. Almost every single time we go, either for dine-in or take out, the staff has had nasty attitudes. The female manager that is there now is a horrible way to represent this company!! We called-in for a take-out order and was greeted by some woman that rambled stuff off so fast that it couldn't even be made out what was said. We asked for a to-o order and she said quickly, "hold please!." She never returned to the phone so I hung up and called back again. Same scenario except this time she decided she wanted to take the order. She talked to fast none of us could understand any of it (and this was on speakerphone). So we asked what the sides were and she huffed and said, "omg there's like 15..." so I said, "yes, can you please tell us what they are??" (We aren't familiar with the sides because that's not something we typically ever get.) So she was pissed that she had to mention them all and again, rambled them off so quick that nothing could be made out. We asked to just speak with a Manager and she said happily, "Sure!" The Manager gets on some time later, we explain the situation and how rude the chick was and she's just like, whatever here's what I have so far did you need anything else? The last time we came in for a to-go order there was an EMPLOYEE screaming and fighting with her boyfriend in front of everyone because she was drunk in the bathroom and he took off and left her ass there (I know this because this is what we got to hear). The Manager (the same female) went into the bathroom to calm her down and talk with her and then they came out laughing. This place is a joke and we won't be returning.

Could improve on service but the food is excellent!

This place use to be so great, the portions were huge, 2 sides, and the prices were awesome. Now there service is slow, the portions went down and the prices went way up. They took have of the things people loved off their menu. Last we heard they were going out of business
