I don't even know where to begin... My experience here was so awful- not only were the employees condescending but I felt like I didn't matter as a customer. A dress I was seriously considering was purchased by another customer while I was trying on another dress. At that point it my problem to deal with and the employees didn't care at all that I was no longer able to purchase my dream dress. Do not shop here! Go somewhere else

WOW! This store is not like others in town. There are literally hundreds of dresses in stock (all different sizes). I was easily able to find a few great choices, but most importantly, found the one dress I am just in love with. the staff was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended dress shop!!!!!

I am far beyond pleased with Exclusively You Bridal. My friends and I all went in at the same time to Exclusively You. We were all a big handful but the staff there was more than accommodating. We are so happy with the dresses we found, I have told several more friends to go straight there before any where else!!

Do not bother going anywhere else! I have been to several bridal stores all throughout Charlotte and Matthews - this bridal shop was the ONLY shop that had a massive selection of wedding dresses AND a full staff ready to assist me. They have unique designer dresses always on sale and even accessories to go with the dress. They made the process so simple and easy, even referred me to someone for alterations and wedding photos. Like I said, do not bother going anywhere else - go to Exclusively You Bridal!!

had such a great experience here... The staff just makes you feel like you're working your family... they just make you feel so comfortable and not pressured. After trying on only 6 dresses I bought my wedding gown... All of the staff was great, the selection was wonderful, and I would recommend any and everyone to Exclusively You Bridal.. Their prices also can't be beat, and trust me.. I shopped around.. Other bridal salons say they will match competitors prices, but once they tack on all the taxes and fees.. you're still paying more. Take it from a bride who did her research.. GO TO EXCLUSIVELY YOU!!

Very impressed with this bridal shop. Hands down I would have to say it is one the best places for the high selection and quality of dresses they have here. There is so much room inside and large mirrors to try on dresses and the girls are more than helpful and pleasant to deal with.

I love this cute little boutique! It reminds me of a high-end store in NYC but without the rude salespeople and the ridiculously high prices. The store has a calming and demure decor, the dresses are nicely organized, and the dressing rooms are huge. Exclusively You Bridal was my first stop when shopping for dresses; they have tons of styles which helped me zone in on a silhouette. I went to a few other stores after Exclusively You Bridal to explore my options but I didn't find anything I loved and the service i received at the other stores did not compare to Exclusively You Bridal and Formal. I ultimately went back to Exclusively You Bridal and found "the one" (dress, that is)! Exclusively You helped me find the perfect dress for my wedding. Thank you, Exclusively You Bridal for making my wedding unforgettable!

I love my new dress!! This is by far the best bridal salon in the area. It is so neat, has tons of dresses IN STOCK to choose from, and the girls that work there are all dolls to work with. They really listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the best dress ever!

Got hitched last year and bought my dress at this bridal shop. Lisa was super fabulous, helped me pick the PERFECT dress, my bridesmaids too. I loved her shop and if ever get married again (who knows!! haha!) i would go here!
