the 2nd time we dined at Black Bear was super fabulous, we ordered 2 black bear bacon burgers with fries!!!! super good till we took the first bite n the meat was RED! it was a to go order n too late to call to reorder, my girls and I ended up going ti bed with an empty stomach.....today as I woke up I called in and advised a lady about our experience last night.... she took my name and #..... waiting to see if a Manager calls me ......Customer service is 100% terrific!!! regardless of our burgers...

We live in Manteca, and were sorry Perko's closed; however, the experience at Black Bear has made us big fans. The service is excellent, with upbeat, positive waiters and hostesses. The meals are well cooked, and nicely presented. We look forward to dining at the Black Bear often, and telling friends of the great experience.

I love the hostess who has braces didnt get her name she was so nice and quick i would like to see her wait my table. Ill be back again thanks for the awesome customer service you guys are doing great!
