Good Service, Sales Sucks, After doing business with Kayser for the past 20 yrs or so i have to say their service is good when you take your vehicle in for service, however i am sad to say their sales suck. I was looking at a possible trade for my vehicle and i was just checking with them to see what they could do, i do have credit issues. Anyway they ran my credit report and basically gave me the entire cold shoulder, They are supposed to offer solutions for credit problems they even advertise that, however after jerking me around with sales i will be purchasing a vehicle at a competitior who didnt blow me off when they saw my credit.. Loyalty apparently means nothing to these guys anymore as far as sales goes and they lost my business on that end after 20 yrs of dealing with them. I am going to Ballweg in Sauk Prairie. After all i am not just going to give my vehcle away and pay window sticker on the trade in

The dealership was Kayser Nissan, (Madison, WI) and our salesman was Clay Luttrell. We requested a quoted online and received a good price. We were impressed with the salesperson and manager. This was a changed from the other area Nissan dealership I contacted for a quote as that dealership quoted a much higher price and didn't seem that interested in earning our business. Kayser Nissan was low pressure and wasn't playing the old dealer games. My only issues were they did have us wait over a half hour on our scheduled appointment and their waiting area needs some work. We ending up not buying the Murano we were interested in because my wife, who is shorter than I, had trouble reaching the pedals comfortably. I would again consider Kayser Nissan for another vehicle purchase as they were actually nice to do business with. I know that's difficult to believe. But go ahead and try them for yourself and you'll see what I mean.
