Excellent experience!! Friendly, inviting and most important they did a great job... No pain and they made sure it was how we wanted.One daughter had shellac nails done, another full set of acrylic nails along with 2 fingers Having designs and I also had full set of acrylic nails and all 10 nails had designs. The store was very clean and the prices are great!!! We will certainly continue going... Oh and and if you pay with cash you get a bit of a discount...

They do a great job! Usually get Pedi and Gel fill - my Gel Fills have survived many tough volleyball games and always look great. The Pedi's are great as well and always give them artistic freedom for designs on the big toes and they look fantastic!

funny how u state that they don't hurt u... went there the other day got a mani and pedi, didn't feel completley satisfied and told her i really didn't like it. so she told me she didn't have time to fix it because she had other customers. i was trying to be nice so i went home. the next day i went back told her i still wasn't happy n asked for my money back. well let's just say it didn't go very. she would only refund me $15 out of $45 that i paid and oh, what else did i get.... a raging woman attacking me wanting to fight. worst customer experience i have ever had! not only would she not give me my money she also left scratches on my hand. so to any of u seeing this GOOD LUCK! hope this doesn't happen to anybody else. had to give a star but i really rate this place at a 0

the guest service is the best you will find in the madison area. Plus they don't hurt you when you're service is being done. ( we all know there are good times and bad times when you get you're nails done)
