From the moment I talked to Rob, on the phone to order my new tires and wheels til I drove off with my new tires and wheels the entire process was super easy and everyone from the guys behind the desk to the guys changing my tires was extremely friendly, helpful, and pleasant. This was my first experience dealing with Discount Tires and after today it will not be my last. I could not have asked for better treatment. The waiting area as well as the service area was extremely neat and clean. I’d like to thank the entire staff for treating me so well and for making this such a pleasant experience.

While driving south on I 75 near Macon I got a flat tire and had to have an emergency repair done.I decided to go to discount tire because I had done business with them at home near Chicago.I always received excellent service from discount tire, but this dealership in Macon was the best tire service I have ever received, very thorough polite and excellent service can't say enough good things about them.
