worst customer service I have had in a while

I had them install a simple stereo the install looked horrible so I let them know I was unhappy. The first reaction the kid I was talking to had was to lie to me and say it had to be like that. I then told him I have had 3 other stereos in my truck and I knew for fact that was not true. He then agreed, and said they would fix it. 4 Business days went by with no communication at all. I called and got the owner he was brash dismissive, and rude. He informed me I know what you want I will order another install kit paint it to match your truck, and that's it. I was appauled my confindence shaken as to how this would come out I ordered the proper install kit myself had it in 2 days. I gave them 5 business days again no response. So finally on a day off I swung down with the install kit I ordered to see if they could pop it in for me. BIG mistake until this point I was still the OK with my experience a few bucks for the right plastic no biggie but today WOW. The owner went balistic nearly immediately he informed me that I was "irritating and impatient". Amazing because I called twice in two weeks that's impatient. I was informed I irritated him as if he did not know how to do his job. Well I wonder why? I don't know this company at all first thing I have them do. I stressed to him ahead of time what I wanted they then scewed it up. Then instead being cordial and letting know they wanted they to help proactivley to make things right they ignored me until I called them. The level of service after was deplorable. I made all efforts today including allowing the owner to yell at me and insult me. I would have been thrilled to have just paid a few bucks more even for his trouble to put in the right install kit. That ship has sailed though I will have it done elsewhere. The stunning lack of professionalism is suprising. I am unsure if this poor business accumen is pervasive or if he is just used to people coming after the fact to shake him down for freebies. Either way my opinion is steer clear.

lifetime warranty on workmanship

Bought a remote start, they did it quickly and i actually was impressed by the fact that i had to come back and they bought me a beer across the street at busters. good business take care of customers

Nothing like a dead battery twice to ruin your week!

I had the dvd player in my truck replaced and since then my battery has been dead twice. First time I got a jump from my husband, this time hes 65 miles away and my son has an appointment in about 10 minutes. Once my husband gets here later this afternoon I'm going back and making them take it out.

VERY EXPENSIVE

I went around to many places and called local area Car Audio and They were very high in price and warranty was not that great.Sad
