Lets see... been a customer with these guys for about 8 years, and the whole staff at Harris Tire is on top of their games. They take care of their customers. Because of them, I will be able to sleep at night.

THESE FOLKS GET WHAT AMAZING SERVICE IS!!! I have been a patron of Harris Tire (specifically on Forest Road) for many years now (at least 7) and I can say - hands down - that if you need something done to your car and this shop can do it....GO TO THEM! They treat you with respect and will go the extra mile to explain what is going on with your vehicle, not in a way that makes you feel talked down to, which has been my experience in other car repair places. The people at Harris Tire can be trusted and are so friendly!! BIG SHOUT OUT TO KYLE, JEREMY, LANCE and LARRY!! And to the great mechanics who do quick, reliable work on all the vehicles all day long!! You all rock!!

I was in a pinch and I needed a new tire put on my truck as soon as possible. I called Harris Tire up and they told me to come right in. They took care of me at a drop of a hat and I really appreciate it.

The worst service ever. Been trying to get tires put on since last Thursday. Ridiculous.
These people clearly have a different definition of "appointment" than I do. I scheduled a week ahead for an oil change, tire rotation and asked them to try to identify an engine noise. Mentioned the noise again when I brought the car. Left to do an errand, coming back 1.5 hours later, glad to see the car in a new spot, so I assumed the work was done. Not even close! Tires had been rotated, but I was told it would be about 2 more hours for the oil change, and I'd have to make a separate return apt. For the engine noise. Why couldn't they have said so when I first called! And over 3 hours for an oil change? How many of you have 3-4 hours to sit around for an oil change? And to come back again for another concern? Needless to say I left, went elsewhere and had everything taken care of an hour later. My last trip to Harris
