I am not sure why there would be bad reviews for this company. I have used them multiple times and have had nothing but wonderful service from them. Their dispatchers are always very kind and helpful. Sometimes there are longer waits, but they always notify me when they are on their way to me. Once I had a flat on the interstate, they showed up within 30 minutes. I was thankful for that. Their drivers are always so kind to me. I recommend them to everyone I know. Keep up the great work guys.

We were treated badly . we waited for over 5 hours for a wrecker. I will not recommend Troys to anyone
They told me it would cost $120.00 for 4 days storage plus the $95.00 tow fee total when I arrived at the shop. When I was ready to pay they tried adding a $10.00 fuel surcharge fee plus $45.00 admin fee. Also when I attempted to go out to the yard to see if my car would run they refused to let me check it myself and said it wasn't driveable. In effect resulting in me being forced to leave my car or pay the charges they cooked up after they saw I was willing to pay the original balance owed.

Perfect example of a BAD and unethical business. Left us stranded on the side of the road without notifying us they cancelled our dispatch request . Does not even deserve 1 star.
Hopefully I never have issues again, but if you are in a tight spot, call this company! they are very affordable (compared to other towing rates I called about) and will have you where you need to be in no time. They are extremely polite and treat your car well! With 24-hour service, you can call no matter what time and they will come pick you up or you can schedule a pickup. Very easy to work with, 5 stars!
We picked a good spot to break down on the loop in Louisville because Troy's had us picked up and delivered to a reputable mechanic within minutes! Our driver (I have forgotten his name) even offered to get us to our rental car if we couldn't get another ride from our mechanic's wife. Being in a strange city far far away from home with a broken vehicle became much less stressful in the hands of these folks. Because of such great service, our Mother's Day weekend was saved and we spent quality time with our family as we continued our trip to Ohio. Thanks for saving the day!
