HealthCare Partners, formed as a result of merger of several Southern California medical groups, was founded in 1992. HealthCare Partners provides medical care, and develops and manages health systems through its various companies, such as HealthCare Partners Medical Group, HealthCare Partners IPA, The Camden Group and HealthCare Partners Institute. It offers a full line of diagnostic cardiovascular and pulmonary services that include electrocardiogram, pacemaker, nuclear imaging and echocardiogram. HealthCare Partners provides various other medical services, including digestive, emergency, outpatient, rehabilitation and sleep disorder services. It also offers surgical services in areas, such as dental, endoscopy, general surgery, gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, otolaryngology, podiatry and urology. HealthCare Partners is headquartered in Torrance, Calif.
