The Rosā Law Offices are owned and operated by Randy Rosā, with offices in Lodi, Sacramento, Modesto, Manteca, Stockton and Tracy. Randy graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Political Science, and then continued on to Georgetown University in Washington D.C., where he received his Juris Doctorate in 1982. Mr. Rosā practices in the area of Elder Law, focusing on Medi-Cal eligibility in long-term care, estate planning, probate and conservatorships.
