Very reasonable and very honest , and they usually have you in and out in less than an hour. I had no appointment , just showed up and had 4 tires balanced and replaced and was out in 45 minutes !

They are the most honest auto repair shop we have ever done business with. We refer our family & friends to them without hesitation. To give an example: One time we brought our Navigator in for a shock problem repair. Douglas Tire had given us a quote to repair it that was more reasonable than we expected & were quoted anywhere else. We received a call from them later that day saying somehow the switch had been turned off and that was what the problem was. We went to pick up the SUV and they didn't charge us a cent. Most places would have turned the switch back on and not told us and charged us for the repair anyway.

They are very honest and forthcoming on what is wrong with your vehicle and what it will take to make it right. A repair shop you can trust.
