Provided by YP.comI have the same problem that others did with the office manager. I was told they sent out letters and left voicemails to remind me that it was time to renew my contract. I did not receive any calls or letters. Customer service is not there strong point! I would go with a different company.

Provided by YP.comPhotoKitty4U is mad because she got a notice in the mail the day after she mailed here check and could not understand the concept of the two passing in the mail. this has to be the nastiest person I have ever run across. Yes she is still a customer and me and her HUSBAND have remedied this problem to HIS satisfaction.

Provided by YP.comOffice Manager,Beverly, is very confrontational and not helpful to customers. My service was cancelled after renewal letters did not make it to my home. When I asked for copies of the letters for my file, I was told that they did not have time and it was not their responsibility to even send letters. I assume this was b/c there was not any letters ever sent. However, I do agree it is not their sole responsibility to notify me when it is time for service. I would think, however, they would like to inform customers since there business is to provide a service. I was told I was a "pay upfront" customer b/c I had paid late in the past. It is true that I did pay late but I did pay. I would have had no problem paying up front to keep my service in effect had I been given the opportunity.
