Tile repairs were promised to fix a roof leak. Roof still leaks and now they want more than twice as much money to fix it. I hired this company because I had a leak in my roof I needed fixed. The employee told me he "was sure" the leak was just due to some broken tiles because he had "over 30 years of experience doing roofs." I specifically asked him if it also needed felt (because I had two other roofing contractors tell me that). He assured me that it did not. I hired this company and paid for their services. The next big rain came and my roof is now leaking in two spots, and the interior ceiling is damaged and now needs repaired (and it did not before). So, I called them and he calls me back and says the best he can do is to charge me more money that the other contractors were going to charge me in the first place. So, I'm out the money I paid him and I also have to pay to have my ceiling repaired. I am now stuck paying another roofing company to come fix my roof (hopefully for real this time).
