Dont know about others but this jair salon doe and excellent job on my cut

Worst salon ever they don't know know to cut hair very disappointed. Rosie (the owner) did a very poor job cutting my most hair. I asked if I need an appointment and they said no. So they have a waiting list and I put my name on it and they didn't even call me they just scribbled my name out and when I complained they just said "you don't need one".... ok what if I wanted a change? It's my hair!

Very unprofessional....made an appointment, waited 35 minutes and not one person acknowledge that I was there. One stylist just sat there zipping on here water bottle and didn't even bother to ask if I was waiting for someone specific....I finally got up and walked out. The place was also very hot.
