The franchise had a spotty reputation when I was younger and I was hesitant to make an appointment at first. I was pleasantly surprised! The staff is polite and professional and realistic with wait times for service. I get very basic styles - bangs, trims, layers - and have always been happy with the result. Some friends/coworkers give me the eye when I tell them I go to FS, but they can't argue with a good cut!

I am rating 4/5 because I wouldn't book an appointment here for a more complicated style.

Beatiful new place, clean, inviting, and great location. I can do all my beauty needs, plus Home Depot, Walgreens and Publix all in the same parking lot. People are friendly, the prices are right and it's a fun place to be. You walk out feeling good!!!! GL
