Terrible experience. The girl who took care of me refused to believe me when i told her that not all my nails were fake. She insisted in removing "them." Which got painful of course. In the process she removed layers of my real nails. Stopped because madame felt very uncomfortable having me reacting to the pain. I had to stop reacting so madame would feel comfortable. She finally stopped for good. So grateful that she did. I was in kind of a hurry and was ready to take the pain and finish the job. I have a big event tonight. My nails are not done but it is a good thing. Having her continue probably would have pissed me off even more. Refused to listen to what i had to say. she insisted that what i had on was not dipping powder. i was there when i got my nails done at the other salon. and, it was, no matter what she claims, the dipping powder technique. Here is what I think is going on, (of course I cannot speak for the other employees) but regarding this one, she pretends to know it all, actually flatters herself about how beautiful the nails pictures she posted, "It's all my work." She claims. In fact, I suspect that she knows very little and often, people who do not know much, are the exact same ones who keep on flattering themselves. so, now my nails are tender and you can definitely see layers missing to some of them. This was my first and last time in this place. And, as I can see from reading other posts who also had very poor experiences, there is always a feedback from the salon. And you can notice, that they never accept or acknowledge that they may have been wrong or accept their part in the situation. That is again a common trait that you can notice in people who have no idea what they are doing yet pretend, they know it all. I will wait until my real nails heal and I have no worry to find another salon who will do a great job.

I went to this salon as soon as they opened. I didn't need a fill because they had just been done a couple days prior, by this very salon. This was my second time coming to the salon. I needed my nails filed down because I didn’t like the stiletto shape I previously had gotten. I asked them to file down my acrylic nails as well as change the polish on my toenails and acrylic nails. One nail tech did the polish change on my toes and then a few other customers walked in. When I was moved to the next table to file down my acrylic nails and do the polish change on them the tech was in a rush and tells me the 3 ladies that just walked in had appointments and barely wanted to finish filing my nails or change the polish. I was told that I could wait, but she had appointments. She wanted to do half of the service and have me sit there to wait because she had appointments. If they had told me they had appointments coming in I would have come back another time with an appointment, but none of the nail techs told me anything until after my acrylic nails looked awful and had to be fixed. They looked like someone chewed on them with what she did. They never offered an appointment and were perfectly fine with me leaving with a service half done. I had to pay them for minimal service and then go to another salon and get my acrylic nails fixed. The other salon I went to could not believe I was left with my nails as awful as they looked. I will not be back and I do not recommend this salon to anyone. They were rude and unprofessional when I was there and they have been rude and unprofessional since then when I made any complaint about the service they offer or lack thereof. I only wish I could give this salon less than one star.

I love this place! Everyone gets along so well no drama all talent! This is the place for me, I get my nails,my hair and my waxing done and I still have money to go shopping lol!

This place is so wonderful! Very talented nail tech and hair stylist! I love leaving beautiful with money still left in my pockets! I won't go anywhere but here from now on.
