I was absolutley appalled the other day when in this salon and the owner came unglued on one of her employees because she has chosen to better herself and open her own salon.I have never been in a place of business and seen an employee be treated like this by an employer.I would like to ask her wher did you start out before you opened this salon?When you left did your employer treat you like this?I have been with my stylist for years and after that embarrasing move you made not only for her but all of us sitting in the salon you not only deserve to loose her but every employee you have in there.You need to grow up and act professional.
