when taken nails on September 29th 2015 and the girl sitting next to kim did my nails the one that's always there with the long pony tail. all I wanted was a full set casket shape with gel and shellac polish. she was putting on the nails crooked on my fingers and when I told her they were crooked she said my nails were big which has nothing to do with how you put the nail on straight there is an excuse for everything she rushed my nails have bubbles in the paint horrible horrible experience I wouldn't suggest anybody to spend their money there ever Kim fell off major!!

I like kim nails, I just don't like that they always seem to be in a rush when they are doing the mani and pedis. I feel like if I am giving you my money that you should at least take your time with me. I always try to come early enough and even then they rush.

Poor quality poor customer service! Save your time and money. They are very rude and unprofessional. Trust me excellent service is false. They're good for eyebrows and lashes but that's about it.

I Have Been To Kim Nail's Once & The Experience Was Less Then Impressive. I Was Happy With The Price , Not So Happy With The Quality.The Lady Doing My Nail's Was On A Video Chat For The First 10 Mintues. She Got Fuzzy's In My Nail & Knicked Me With The Buffer. Safe To Say I'm Not Going Back Again !

I have been going to Kim's for a number of years now,now that I am no longer living in Lansing,MI i find myself missing the quality of work I have gotten at Kim's,always firendly staff and never was i dissapointed in my nail art.I would recommend them to any of my friends.

I been coming to Kim Nails for six years i never have any problem with my nails,so if your are looking for nail shop that the place you shout come and nail technician very funny they could give you a good laugh.

They are all very nice and do very good work. They are reasonably priced and can usually get me in without a wait! They also do very good hand designed nail artwork for reasonable prices!!
