Got the mofongo expecting real mofongo got mangu which is boil plantain.

Me encanta el restaurant, la comida fresca y la atencion del personal, lo que no me gusta es que sirven el desayuno despues de las 9:30 cuando yo preferiria comerme un buen desayuno latino antes de ir a trabajar a eso de las 7:00 am seria delicioso un buen mangu con salami, huevos, queso o longaniza.

This restaurant was a very pleasant surprise. My husband and I stumbled on it by accident. Its set back in a small plaza. The food was delicious. All fresh, and homemade, and if you like spanish food, this is the place to go!!!!! We both had different meals and enjoyed everything very much. Its great to know we have a good spanish restaurant here in north lakeland. The prices very reasonable. Dinner cost us $35. That covered 3 side dishes (empanada, acapuria, and friend plantains/tostones), 2 main courses, (1 was porkchop with rice/beans and salad, the other breaded steak with the rice/bean and salad) 3 beers, and a spanish coffee. We got our monies worth. We left there stuffed. Definitely will be going back, over and over again!! Maggie & Larry
