I hired Paul Kennedy to work on changing out my awning fabric, after he did a small plumbing job for me, which I was satisfied. But on the awning project, I am not happy at all. He shows uo if and when he wants to, ignores appointments agreed upon. After putting $540 in his hands, $137 on my credit card, for a part he claims I needed, and yet still $250 which he would not show up on Sunday agreed upon, not answer texts or calls, I finally had to text him that his services are no longer required.
