14I just moved from chenault mobile home park which is closing. Country Aire moved my trailer for free and set it up and everything. The park is very clean and the lots are twice as big as they were at chenault. I also like that it is gated and has street lights everywhere. The managers are nice too.
I moved my trailer home into country aire about a year ago. I love the huge yard and big trees. My electric bill in the summer is $50 less a month because of the trees. Where I used to live there were no trees and my house baked like an oven. It never stayed cool enough even with the air conditioner on full blast. It's nice and cool all the time here. Nice managers too!
I had country aire mobile park move my mobile home for free three months ago. Five years ago I wouldn't have thought about living there, because there were some bad people living there. The new management kicked all of the bad people out and did a lot of work on the park to make it safe. they added a front gate and fixed the whole place up. i've made a lot of new friends here and really like it. My mom is moving in next month.
i went threw there the other day and noticed that it is in the process of being cleaned out and the mobile homes are also, being brought up to par. it is a real change that you are doing to improve the look of this mobile home park. good job!!!!!
