Had a store clerk order a bra online to be shipped to my home, but the wrong size arrived. Went to the store to return it and was told “they have a strict return policy” and wouldn’t accept my return because I was 9 days over their 60 day return window. Said there was nothing they could do. I hadn’t even removed the bra from the factory plastic bag and I had my original receipt! I told them to keep the damn thing and walked out. They can choke on it. I’m out almost $50. Luckily, I got it on sale! Never shopping there again.
