If I could give it 0 stars, I would!!!! I have been in this store a handful of times & it gets worse every time!!!! The employees are always speaking inappropriately & 1/2 of them wear clothes that I had to explain to my kids bc this was supposed to be a "professional" atmosphere. I can honestly say that their trade in rates are horrible & what they accept of yours is based on the opinion of the person looking at it. I've had a few things rejected, took them back a few days later & they were taken. One day I brought in a small bag with 3 coats & a few shirts 10 minutes before they stop accepting stuff & I was yelled at because of the time, & then WHILE I WAS IN THE STORE SHOPPING FOR THEIR MERCHANDISE they continued to trash me very loudly. I wanted to cry they were so mean & it was humiliating. It took them less than 5 minutes to look at my stuff & process it. They weren't busy @ all & there was 8 of them behind the counter!!! I went back a month later (reluctantly) & the staff was the same, as well as the HORRIBLE attitudes they ALL had & RAUNCHY attire. Don't bother the owners, they don't care whatsoever!

Nice children's clothing. Service was excellent and very helpful to me. Love saving the earth by selling and buying here. Store was clean.

What a GREAT store!!! Very clean and the staff was so helpful. I don't understand how people can get mad about what they give!! Have you seen the prices!! Your stuff was probably no clean. I was helped finding a perfect outfit for my son.

We go here a good bit to buy things for our children...the selection is hit or miss, but the prices are reasonable. However, I'll never attempt to consign with them again. I dropped off several things to them to be reviewed for consignment. They called back 45 minutes later and said they were done. They took 3 outfits out of 100 or so. There's no way they could've looked through everything that quickly. I found things in the containers in the exact order that I dropped them off. I don't know why they didn't look through them more. Perhaps they have certain clients they like to deal with on a regular basis.
